What is Common Ground?
Common Ground is a rich and expansive way of communicating that values empathy, connection and peace-making.
The Common Ground program teaches you how to argue well – not fight badly: to hear others (even in disagreement), to clearly communicate what you want (with courage), and to find common ground with anyone on any issue.
The technique will teach you how to stand firmly in your own values, draw secure boundaries around what’s important; while simultaneously helping you to meet other people “where they are at.”
Ultimately, its goal is to create more harmonious lives and relationships.

Common Ground Communication is for anyone seeking productive, authentic and harmonious interactions.

Common Ground is hosted entirely online. It runs for 8-weeks and majority of the content is self-paced, meaning you watch videos and work through exercises at a time that is most convenient for you.
The “live launch” date means we all begin together, which helps shape the community element of the course. But you can never fall “behind,” because the content will available for you to catch up after kick off. The best value and payment plans grant lifetime access. The limited plan offers the content for 6-months.
At week 3 and week 6, we will gather together for a live coaching session on Zoom.
These group coaching calls are live sessions where you get to interact with me and others in the group. These are invaluable for workshopping some of the items you've been grappling with "out loud," to get my support and learn from each other.
